Born in Marion, MA in 1949, Eleanor studied at the Maryland Art Institute in Baltimore and graduated from the Boston University School of Fine Arts in 1972. She undertook additional studies at the Tanglewood School of Art in Beverly, MA. Eleanor has studied life drawing with Louise Weinberg in Brookline and at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum in Provincetown, MA. She also studied in Provincetown with Paul Bowen and with Chet Jones privately. Eleanor teaches all ages in private classes. She has taught at Hill House and King’s Chapel Church School in Beacon Hill, Boston, MA. She lives on Lime Street in Beacon Hill with her husband, Stephen, and their cocker-poo, Teddy.
